Winslow Technology Ltd T/A B2BSell.com are seeking an Inside Sales Executive for a permanent role based in Dublin 12.
This is an entry level position for a person with a hunger to succeed, to work hard and build a successful career in sales.
The successful candidate, who can ‘hold the course’, will become a high earner as commission levels and profit sharing will be generous.
You will be provided with skill training, a precise plan for success and coaching to develop a ‘recession proof’ career, after which you will be expected to reach milestones and targets.
This is an opportunity to start with a company on the ‘ground floor’ and grow with us as we take on more and more exciting and challenging work.
The work undertaken will be on behalf of our new and existing B2B clients covering a variety of ICT products and services including, ‘cloud based’ applications, professional services and other IT solutions. The work will include Ireland and other English language territories – So plenty of variety.
You must be completely comfortable dealing with people and be prepared to communicate with business owners and ‘C level’ executives
This is initially a desk role, on-site in the company.
Role & Responsibilities:
The position includes outbound calling, email communication, channel coordination and management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers.
Update the company's CRM system with accurate information and data relating to new and existing relationships.
All employees are expected to actively participate in company training programmes and continuous professional development, with time off for study when required.
Must be a self-starter and be prepared to use initiative
Fluent written and spoken English
Leaving certificate or equivalent, which must include the following
- English, minimum of a D at Higher Level or equivalent
- Maths, minimum of C on Ordinary Level or equivalent
A technical or IT qualification a big advantage or an interest in technology at a minimum - We’re in the business of selling ICT solutions and professional services.
Proven record of sales success against quota a definite advantage
Third level qualification an advantage, especially business or technology
